Timothy J. McMahon

Tim is the vice president of the firm. His law practice focuses primarily on representing injured workers in their Workers Compensation and disability claims. Over the past 19 years, he has appeared at several thousand hearings before the Workers Compensation Board on behalf of injured workers. He has also advised labor unions and their members on their legal rights and benefits under the New York Workers Compensation Law.
