Jennifer Gale Smith

Jennifer's law practice focuses on litigating personal injury claims. She has more than 20 years of experience litigating cases throughout Central New York. She has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury claims, several resulting in multi-million dollar settlements. Jennifer is an aggressive attorney who vigorously and conscientiously fights for her clients' rights.

In addition to her personal injury practice, Jennifer manages the firm's extensive Social Security practice. She has helped thousands of Central New Yorkers obtain benefits. Jennifer is not hesitant about taking on tough Social Security cases and has successfully handled numerous appeals for claimants who were originally denied benefits.
